GUIDED ONBOARDING

You set up your aircraft once — type from our database, registration, configuration, condition with photos. Verified via email and SMS (WhatsApp to follow). From then on, we know your aircraft. You decide who has access to your portal — by invitation link, with every person verified.

FIXED PRICES FOR YOUR AIRCRAFT

In the portal you see prices that are not published anywhere: calculated precisely for your aircraft — class, length, seating, condition. As a fixed price, never a “from” price. After the first inspection your price is stored with the aircraft: from then on you book with one click. Every price becomes binding upon our confirmation after the first inspection — if the stated condition is accurate, the quote stands exactly as issued.

ONLINE REQUESTS, REAL SLOTS

A calendar with genuinely available dates, durations based on your aircraft class — requested in two minutes, confirmed by a founder. You pay only once you have signed off. Drying and curing times are built in — the flight-ready window you see is the real one.

Every step appears on your timeline as it happens — with progress per package and an honest flight-ready window. Email notifications: every step, milestones only, or just the result — your choice. The Master’s Round — our final acceptance walk — appears as its own milestone.

PHOTOS: BEFORE, DURING, AFTER

No step without a photo — that is our house rule. You watch the images live in the portal and keep them permanently in your file. And nobody else sees them: photos of your aircraft go to no one but you. The first inspection report is yours too: every finding documented before we start — countersigned by you.

YOUR HANGAR, YOUR ROLES

Set up your digital hangar: multiple aircraft, your aircraft manager, your crew, your family office — each with exactly the permissions you grant. Prices are seen only by those you choose. When selling, you transfer the file to the new owner in one click — the history stays with the aircraft.

Plus: the digital aircraft file holding every certificate, batch record and photo — downloadable as a PDF at any time and shareable with your broker via time-limited read-only access.

Discretion

We show your aircraft to no one. No photos of your aircraft in our portfolio, no registration in references, no name in conversations — unless you expressly request it. Inside the portal the same applies: access to your file is logged — on request you can see who opened which document, and when.

Can I follow the progress of the work?

Yes — live. In the client portal you see every step with photo and timestamp, progress per package and the expected flight-ready window; notifications are set to your preference.

Can I book online?

Yes. After your aircraft’s guided onboarding you see fixed prices and available dates and can request directly; a founder confirms within 24 hours. You pay only after your sign-off.
